NC os not accessible. please upgrade your hm2 to include NC for full access. How could i do it?

I have the old Notecaddy license.
Attach and enable your NoteCaddy license to Holdem Manager 2 (HM2) (http://www.assaultware.com/BindNoteCaddyLicenseToHM2.aspx)
You can generate a key which will work in HM2. Unfortunately it always says that I have an unvalid HM2 license.
whats my line?

bocki, the issue with the upgrade is known. Sorry for the inconvenience

everyone else,

-If you're an existing NoteCaddy customer you can bind your NC license to HM2 via Attach and enable your NoteCaddy license to Holdem Manager 2 (HM2) (http://www.assaultware.com/BindNoteCaddyLicenseToHM2.aspx)
-if you're not a NoteCaddy customer and wish to upgrade your hm2 license, go to Note Caddy Premium - Holdem (http://www.holdemmanager.com/buy/231/note-caddy-premium---hold-em) to upgrade
-if you wish to use the free notecaddy notes, just enable them via the hud options "show notecaddy notes" and everything else will work automatically. This does not include access to the note definition,editor, color coding, and advanced analytics

thank you for upgrading and I am sorry about this early issue. If possible, please submit your log file to support@notecaddy.com

the log file can be found at: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ log.txt

there is something very specific in there that will tell me what happened.

I'm not sure if sreticentv's advice helped others in the thread, but I am still unable to use Notecaddy. I bought HM2 today and went through the software and upgraded to Note Caddy Premium. The note caddy premium license is visible when I log into my account on Holdemmanager.net, but I still can't use it in HM2. I am still being told I need to upgrade my HM2 license to include Notecaddy

EDIT - I have just seen your post and will also email you my log file....

thank you gareth for upgrading. However, no advice will fix this - it is being worked on. If you send your log file to support@notecaddy.com, it will help it get fixed faster. Sorry for the inconvenience

Today I purchased a HM2 serial and a Note Caddy premium serial. To my suprise both serials are the same. So I contacted the NoteCaddy support directly from their hompage and I hope that I can change my Note Caddy serial there.
Is this a known issue that wrong serial numbers are sent or why are the HM2 serial and the Note Caddy serial the same?

I use this form to bind HM and NC, but it says - Invalid HM2 key.

I have the same problem. The Codes are identical!

If I want to start note caddy it says I have to enable it in HUD Options.
I put in the check mark on the "Show Caddy notes" box. Is this correct?

hi pokershop,

this will be resolved ASAP. The codes are meant to be identical so you don't need to manage both. There is some issue happening with authenticating but it is a small issue (with big consequence :( ) that will be fixed with top priority

Congratulations. Your HM2 license now has NoteCaddy enabled.
But when I wanna start Notecaddy it still says I have to upgrade my HM2 license.
Also tried a couple of HM2 restarts.

we're testing a fix now for this but if you want to, you can try:

Close HM2

Delete:

C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\Holdem Manager 2.lic

Restart HM2 and enter your HM2 code again and it should ping the server correctly and update the license



that might not work but like I said we're working on a few different things and something will work

I went to Assaultware - Notecaddy (http://www.assaultware.com/Note_Caddy.aspx) and attached my NC license to my HM2 it said it should work now.
When I start HM2 NC doesnt work it say I should upgrade.
When I log into my HM account I cant see the license for NC there.
C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\Holdem Manager 2.lic is empty for me I dont have a Holdem Manager 2.lic file

if that doesn't work you'll have to wait for the next build. I did request a release tonight but hem has thorough testing procedures so I'm not sure if it will make it today

So its normal I should not even see my license for NC in my HM account?

I just bought HM2 so I could use NC because it stopped working for me with HM1. I have posted about that in the NC forum no reply yet. I hope you release the update today so we can start using it.

Its not working for me, I purchased it and the licensekey isnt showing up on my holdemmanager account.
When i try to add it normally it just says that its used already.

thanks for the logs guys. To anyone having licensing issues who hasn't email yet, please send an email to support@notecaddy.com and I will get you a link to an internal patch that may solve our problems

a new patch is being tested. The internal build worked for around half of people but I think it's too risky to reinstall from scratch

Before you update, be aware that new updates destroys your new popups.
Replace the stats with **** they had the same problem in beta.

that's also being tested as part of the new patch. All the NC stuff is taken care of afaik but the hud is obviously getting tons of testing attention

i tested build 2.0.0.5529 and its still not work correctly. Now i can run NoteCadd, i can create notes, colors but... i can see only notes allowed in trial version ( open limp and draw aggressively ). Other notes are not visible. And also when i try "Remove HEM red background" HM2 crashes.

there's a patch coming hopefully very soon that addresses the "remove red" background issue. That shouldn't even be there actually. I will look to see why the other thing could be happening though

Now I can use Note Caddy but it starts processing 9 Hands/sec and goes down to 0.00 Hands/sec after a few seconds.
The DB is about 4.600.000 Hands and 4.200.000 Hands I have processed with Note Caddy during the Beta. (Beta worked fine with about 110.0 Hands/sec).

do you guys play SNGs or tournaments? If so, please go into NoteCaddy and set as inactive the definitions that start with "wiz" and then reset and try again. Does that help? If not, please send me a log file

working ok now, after reseting notes and create them again
