Hi I have been unable to activate Holdem manager omaha which I bought through your cardrunners promo. I initially sent an email and then afterwards a pm because I thought you might need my original activation code and did not want to give it to you in the public forum but I have heard nothing back from you for more than a week and would very much like to be able to start using it a.s.a.p. Gratefull for a response. Thank you

If you bought it thru cardrunners you will probably have to deal directly with them, as they are the reseller. If you want to be sure, you can send an eamil to sales@holdemmanager.net with your purchase details, but I believe he will direct you to the customer service at cardrunners.
