View Full Version : HEM doesnt work properly

today i opened HEM and when i opened HEM it showed this message and this error, and becuz of this i assume i cant see any function in both cash games and tourney tabs properly SINCE that "msg" and "error" pops up...
heres the image....

as u can see in the images below, (i started playing today in this month [2hrs ago] poker) i cant see anything from today and so on)

but if i filter to "last month" or older, i can see everything fine...........

NOTE: if i play in the poker client, the hands does import and the stats pops up in the poker client, but in the software i cant see anything from today........

Create a new empty database.
Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe to 1.12.05

Then reimport your hands by running a import from folder on C:HMArchive.

Which PostgreSQL version are you using?
Please update to the latest version first - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe (1.12.05)

Try reinstalling PostgreSQL. Install 8.4.9 from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org)
Then create the new database.

i have upgraded my hem to that version already........

im using postresql 8.4 version, can u give me the exact link to that version ( 8.4.9 ) plz, i can not find it by my self where to dl in that page....

already installed it, nothing changed........ anything else?

can we set up a session in teamviewer and u check by urself what could be the problem??? i have already done this before and u solved a problem i had within a minutes......

Turn on the secondary Logon. The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services. Starting it once should insure it works in the future also.


Try installing 8.2: PostgreSQL: Choose a Mirror (http://wwwmaster.postgresql.org/download/mirrors-ftp/binary/v8.2.21/win32/postgresql-8.2.21-1.zip) to a different port. (5433)
