First try disabling UAC and reboot, in case it somehow got turned on. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

If that dosent solve it its likely the database is corrupt and you'll need to export your hands from the old database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173 then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimport the hands into the new database

How do I import hands for particular tournaments?

I am not sure I understand how ot import tourney results.

And when to import them?
1st import the hands from Database. and then tourney results?

I don't want to change all tourney results manually.

The hand histories are imported as you play if youa re using the Auto Import.

The thing is HM can easily calculate the correct winnings and placings if its a sng where all the players are at the same table. However with MTTs basically and 2+ table tournaments HM has no way of knowing whether there is 10 people in the tournament or 10,000 so without this info HM cant workout your position or payout or if the tournament is complete. You can manually edit or also you can request summaries which detail the total people in a tournie, the payout positions and your finishing place, if you import this into HM it will update the results for you but not all site give summaries.

You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, like FTP does.

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Summaries.

Then later, you want to import the summaries on a regular basis:

Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Tournament History .. > 200

Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.

Please use Notepad++ instead of microsoft notepad.

Thank you for answer.
But I am not sure you understood me correctly.

The thing is that I created new database, and just want to import tourney results from there. and in such a way that hands from that tourneys were in them, not in some other created while imported hand histories from the previous database.

When I import handhistories, tourney results page looks like hell. All the buy-ins, winnings - are wrong!!!

I exported tourney results from the previous DB into the file. What's next?
How do i import this data? import from file button does not change anything.
I am tilting.

The import from folder or import file should work with the tourney results too.
It may be necessary to move the files to a different folder before trying to import them.
