error on start up

i get this message box when i open hem...

An error occured on startup: Could not load file or assembly 'sorttbls.nlp' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Any help plz... it was working fine yesterday and last night i updated windows 7, i then remembered about past issues with win 7 updates and restored my system to before the updates but now i have this!!

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser)
Uninstall your current NetFramework version with this tool: http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
and download the NET installer and run it
