I would like to trial HEM but I am having problems installing PostgreSQL.
At the Initialise Database Cluster page I am getting the following data directory error message
"The PostgreSQL data directory must be on an NTFS formatted volume. If you wish to install the data directory on another type of partition (which is not recommended, and is unsupported) you must initialise the database cluster manually by running initdb.exe"

I am following the install instructions provided but i do not have sufficient technical knowledge to overcome this problem.

Help please.

I have established that my C:/ drive is FAT32 not NTFS. Is there a solution to this problem?

Thanks

I have further established that I can convert my drive to NTFS as follows

CONVERT C:/FS:NTFS

When I do this I get the following respoce

"The type of the file system is FAT32.
Enter current volume label for drive C:"

What now??????
