HM on a second PC

I installed hem on a second pc, when I try to activate the license on the second pc it says that a valid license could not be obtained. Why???

please log in (or create a new account) here https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/myAccount.php
and upload your code to your profile by clicking on the "Upload License Code" link
next to "Newsletter Opt-In", on top.
After that you should be able to reset your code whenever you need to.
This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc
or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn’t allow you to continue.

Sorry, but button there works for both installations at a time.
And: IMO, is not a big deal to enter serial one more time when asked.

The license key is not valid (i deleted it from your post).
Did you ever buy an upgrade? Then you received a new code which replaced this one.
To change the code:
Please try the following:
1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
2. Open HM and register the program with the correct key.
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

Yes I've the pro upgrade, but If I also create the LicDebug file It does'nt me insert the new code.

Please be patient and wait some hours, we are in process of rearranging site

And: seems you named file wrong. Set Windows to show all file extentions and see:
it actually is named
LicDebug.txt.txt
remove one of these ".txt"
