Todays daily problem as i lose hundreds $$$ because it wont work

after getting that error about reloading where the positions are everytime i launch hud

AND it never loading right off the bat, and me downloading the new beta every 5 mins, and overloading my hardrive(which we fixed, ty)

yes I rebooted, yes i DL'd the new beta

Then you should contact FTP to publish no updates.

Can you please calm down and describe in clear words your problem?

BTW: Beta 18 is buggy you should use Beta 18a.

I suggest we arrange a teamviewer session if you still have problems: Please schedule a remote support session with our support manager. Email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so he can setup a Teamviewer session.

40 mins later, it just popped up on 7 more tables, making it 8/9

I still need to resolve the problem as to why some days, it starts right away while most others, it pops up 30-90 mins after I've started a session, on it's own, with the importer running the entire time

I suggest you go for the teamviewer session. It seems to be a configuration problem with your handhistories
