Because the player got all in preflop with $0.40, my EV for the hand is calculated as 9%, since the two of us with remaining stacks put our money into the sidepot while the guy with $0.40 hit a flush on the turn.

Hi, your win% is 10% so that is correct even though I understand why this can be misleading. In beta 19 we modified the EV calcs a bit to deal with an error and I think it might apply to this situation. In the new version your expected winnings was $2
