Error - should we post all we get?

Hi,

Just joined the testing recently and i'm not sure how often you guys want error report when i crash into them.

Today I tried to get the last hand shown while playing and .NET crashed HEM and gave a error.

Are you interested in this kind or should i be repeating errors ?

Yes, report errors. We need log files:

Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in
7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Please make sure that your windows is uptodate, all service packs and windows updates installed.
Uninstall your current NetFramework version with this tool: http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
and download the NET installer and run it

Restart HM2

Import your HUD's again.

The log file from before mentioned crash!

Extra info:
Wil 7 fully updated
and was playing two tables on Scandic Bookmakers (ongame skin)

Make sure the log is after the crash and before you restart. There's nothing in there indicating a crash. We just need a new log after any crash.

Did you go through those steps in post 2?
