HM stop working after 7-10 hands

Hello why does my HM stop working at 7-10 hands into the session. My number of hands plays stays the same after 1 hr of play. I got the latest version 1.08.04

For playing on FTP (which i guess you do) you need Beta 18: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

I try that and it doesn't work I notice other people are having the same issue.
can i get a team viewer b/c not playing with this software is making me lose a lot of money.

We had a freeze problem with Beta 18 please try again with 18a where this is fixed: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Ok I try beta 18 and beta 18a and its not working is there a real fix for this issue. I can't afford to play without the software i'm losing a lot of money so can we please try to fix this ASAP please.

Beta 18a should cure it. Please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings.
