got hundreds of this error in the windows event log:
2011-10-26 23:07:18 CEST ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "uniqueserial"

i got a bluescreen during my session yesterday, not sure if this was at the same time.
the error doenst sound too harmfull though
