Hey,

So I also have problems with my hud after the FT updates but I can't seem to install the new version correctly,
allthough it tells me it is succesfully updated.

I use the correct destination folder and have HM turned off and when the setup is completed it tells me the update went correctly.
Then I open HM and my HUD and it's still the same version and it still freezes.

Anybody know how I fix this ?

Thanks in advance,

LuNa...

Edit: Let me try to download the new version of Holdem Manager first, maybe that'll help...

Please try rebooting and then try the update. Occasionally some of the HM processes don't end properly. You could also try manually ending any HM related processes in the task manager, but a reboot is a nice easy way to do the same thing. ;)

What operating system? 64 bit vista? Do you have 2 /Program Files folders?

C:\Program Files and C:\program Files (x86)??

Hey thanks for the help !

But I was still on the 1.6 HM, so I downloaded the 1.8 version yesterday
to see if that would help me. I guess it kinda did cause the hud seems fine now, however the HM program itself tells me there are no report config... thingies (im on different pc now) and when I try to config the stats and stuff I get an error closing HM.

I read something about missing te reports folder and I checked it and it is missing, also it seems I have more then one HM's installed or something or maybe like you said I have two program files.

When I get home tonight Ill just delete everything, reboot, install the latest versions and see if I have any problems...

PS. I use Windows XP

You sound very confused :)

The installation of Holdemmanager starts with installing the full version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip

When this was successful you should update to the latest beta.http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

And i recommend to have a look in the installation and setup guides: http://www.holdemmanager.net/setup.html
