UB miss

I do not know how many of all hands on UB that should get imported but I lost a huge pot just now and it wasnt in the list of hands. Could be a coincidence but its a kinda big deal whether or not i win/lose a 20 Big bet pot

What version of HM are you using? Current version is 1.09 beta 17. Can you request your HHs from UB?? So that you could try to import them again, or else email the problem/missed HH to our support?

Let me know what version you were using when this happened, and make sure you update. Then I will talk to the support manager and developer to see how to best handle it.
