hm not working after downloading newest update

HM not working since latest FT update. Using 1.09 beta 15. HM comes up in "stop import" mode and stays there. When I click on the stop import box it changes to "stopping" and nothing further happens. Nothing imports and HUD does not come up. What do I need to do?

and holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator

thanks. i guess when i downloaded the patch the admin permissions changed. don't know what else might have happened. thanks.
