Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin"from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

I did everything as you listed but it doesn't help.

My HUD doesn't keep track of a table for some reason. HEM imports stats without any problems. I see the table in Table Manager.
For example "Paris". But there are many Paris tables on a site like: Paris - 1, Paris - 5, Paris - 7..

Let's say my table is "Paris 5" - I see it in Table Finder - I highlight it and move red thing to a table. It finds a table and updates stats.
My table in Table Manager changes from just "Paris" to "Paris - 5" only for 1 second and after that changes back to just "Paris". Stats doesn't update.

Are you playing cashgames or SNGs?
If you play SNGs, open up two handhistories (one of Paris 1 and one of Paris 5).
I suspect Entraction doesn't list the difference in the tablename to the actual handhistories, so HoldemManager can't detect them as separate tables.

There is no solution for this. If you play on one Paris table, one Rome, one Amsterdam, the HUD will work on all three tables.
Playing Paris + Paris 4 + Paris 5, it will not.

I play cash.
My friends play without a problem. One of them using 1.11.06d. It's not listed for some reason, so I tried other versions and the one that partly works for me is 1.11.07.b

HUD doesn't automatically find tables, but it works if I find tables for it. I have to find every table and manually select player amount. Then it works - stats are updated.

So there should be some issue depended on a version. Maybe it's possible to get 1.11.06d to try it?

You'll have to use the TableFinder for each table.
