Hi,
Just started the trial.
I was able to download 'all hands' from Poker Stars and at first glance the info looked great, so I believe I have set up everything properly.
However, I played today and for some reason I'm unable download today's hands. When I auto import I'm told "Auto import didn't find any new files"
I have Windows 2010.
I tried the 'UAC' thing
I tried the 'Hidden folder' thing
I'm running the program as administrator.
The table manager works (is that the display on the table?)
I'm stuck and a little frustrated.
Can you help please.
Thank you

TableManager's function is to detect the tables.
Read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup
Make sure:
-the PokerStars lobby language is in English
-it's saving the handhistories (in English)
-the folder it's saving them is added as the auto-import folder in HoldemManager
-check the folder if the handhistories are actually in the folder
- clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)
-(the handhistories must be from real money tables, play money is not supported)
If that doesn't resolve it, please attach your /HoldemManager/Config/HoldemManager.config file.

I think everyting is in order except.......
My Pokerstars folder on my computer is empty, last modified 23/10/2011. The last time I played when my hands didnt load.
C:\Users\Lisa\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory \
And I'm not sure where the filters are.
Also where do I get my Holdem config file from
Thank you

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).
And I'm not sure where the filters are.
Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe and go to Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/MyHUDDoesn'tWork
Please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager and prefs. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default.
