Hi,

I've recently bought HEM and installed it. It was working fine for two days, but today when I tryed to launch HEM i get this error:

I haven't changed anything, and I really have no clue how to fix it.

Can you help me?

I hope I'am in the right area for that type of question.

Thanks.

Normally this is a firewall issue: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=164
You must configure execptions for postgresql and holdemmanager to communicate on port 5432.

and make sure your postgresql Service is running.

Is this a permanent fix, or something one has to do every time?

Depends on your firewall and other software. Maybe you have to repeat it with every update.

Once you configure the exceptions for your firewall not to block HM, SQL, or the port SQL uses, you should be all set.
