View Full Version : HUD not displaying + problem importing hands

Hi,

My HUD display isnt showing on screen
clicked 'start auto import' but still my stats
aren't being displayed on screen when I open any tables.

B4 upd. to the latest version 1.09 beta 15 I was using 1.08
and my HUD stats were displaying although they were
stopping importing hands after only 6-7 hands.

Once I upd. to 1.09 the HUD stats are now not showing at all.
I'm getting this message when I open table finder and
click table finder "cant find any unattached hands. Please wait until hm has imported some."

My UAC is off ok and my holdem manager .exe files are therefore running as administrators.

I have been using hem for many months and am not a hem noob.

I also want to add that this is on Full Tilt that im experiencing these problems

Please try installing the beta 15 update once more. Does it import the hands, on the HM import tab? And display in HM if you filter for 'today'? Does anything show in the Table Manager?

Could you also enable Logging and reproduce the problem: HUD Options > Tables Preferences > Enable Logging.

And, if you could screen shot these things, while importing, during the error:

Table Window
Table Manager
Contents of \Holdem Manager\Importing\HUD Data

I will likely end up forwarding this to our Remote Support Manager and/or the HUD developer, once I have as many details as possible.

On the import tab in HM after clicking 'start auto import'
the message dis-played underneath is
'Auto update did not find any new files...
Trying again in 5 seconds'

As for screenshots, theres nothing to see
it's just the poker client w/o any HM stats or anything displayed.

Going to the filter' all hands' and seclecting today
it had my hands that i played before i updated. Now it's not got anything at all.

It's like HM isnt even on.

Tried updating again just to be certain and the same probs still there.

As for table manager, yes the table appears but when i go to 'tablke' 'table finder' i get an error message 'I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the manager has imported some.'

Hand history folders correspond ok with my HM and FT client and appears fine.

Please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings.
