Hello, I have a problem with HM. Since 2 days ago, some hands aren't being imported. I've used HM for years and I have never had this problem. It's not importing around the 5% of the hands, usually big pots
Can anyone help me?

I've done what Sarek told in another post and it still doesn't work:

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, hmimport.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.
Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

I play at pokerstars.

Thank you very much!

Are you using 1.12.04? http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Please try with a new database

Hi netsrak! I'm using the last update of HM 1.12.04
I'm going to create a new database. I have 2 questions: If I do so I will have to pass the hands I want to still use from my old database to the new one? How many hands aproximately does holdem manager support?
Thank you very much for your time!

1) If you create new database, you have to import hands in in from archive.
Default path is c:/hmarchive
and it is organized by months and days - so you can easy decide which hands to import
Press Import from folder button in HM and indicate folder
2) HM can handle databases with many hands. For example, 1-2 million hands database is not a big one...

Creating a new database solved the problem :D
Thank you very much for your support and for answering my questions!
