Hello,

I just recently started playing poker and purchased HEM to "hopefully" help me. However I have encountered a problem with my HH's when I view my hands played via HEM and "right click" on any given hand and go down to view selected hand history it shows..

$10000.00 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Wednesday, July 08, 05:33:49 ET 2009
Table 177727215 1 (Real Money)

or

$24000.00 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Thursday, July 09, 09:32:56 ET 2009
Table 2 025 Sit Go (Turbo) (98521336) Table 1 (Real Money)

This is very wrong since for one thing I only play in $1-$2 tournies and playing at level is still just a dream. Any know reason why this is happening? Any fix, hopefully not a full reinstall please! I guess a full reinstall wouldn't be that bad I really only have about 5k hands in so far so not much data to back up.

BTW Its occurring on both PS and FT. I'm running XP... anything else? Right now its not a big deal as I sux but I would like to fix this before I get good and my HH's actually mean something to me. :also I just updated to the new 1.09 beta 14a

Please try importing the HHs again, to a new database, and see if the problem persists. If the problem occurs after importing them to a new db, with the latest version, can you please ZIP and email the problem HHs to support@holdemmanager.net with a link to this thread.

How do I create a new database? (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146)

How do I export or import hands into and from Holdem Manager? (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173)

How do I delete a Database? (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21)

okay new database created. HH's still read the same. However I noticed something (same issue as above) when I go to the tourney tab>hands tab> and select any hand > right click >view selected hand history. It appears that the buy is being listed as 100xthe BB for that level.

$80000.00 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Friday, July 10, 10:06:01 ET 2009
Table 2 025 Sit Go (Turbo) (98577351) Table 1 (Real Money)
This was a $2 SNG and at the time of this hand the blinds were $800t. Its like this for every hand? The $80000.00 or $600000 is relative to $800bb and $6000 bb.

As for the zip and email ... Im not sure as to how to do that. Sorry I could prolly email a single HH cause they are ALL like this!

We need the complete hands from the tourney and the summary to check this.

For "zipping" you can use 7zip: www.7zip.org. Please copy all relevant files in one 7zip archive and send them attached to a mail

I have similar problem. I play at Ongame and all s&g buy in is 11. I have played 5,5, 11 and 22 sngs.

HH version is 1.09 beta 15.

And if I try edit buyin and rake, its show random number at Data View colum Buyin,

br Pete

Sorry,

But how long does support@holdemmanager.net take to get back to us on an emailed problem? I'm not rushing its just there isn't a standard (bot type reply) email that says we got your email and will handle it with in blah blah days.

It could easily take a couple of days. The developer handles all of those items personally, so he has had to try and work those in around all the recent FTP bugs.

Im not impatient so I will just wait till, but may I suggest maybe adding in some sort of automated reply.

An automated reply is a good idea, and I will suggest it. We are changing mail servers soon, so once we get that taken care of hopefully the automated response will be a snap. In the meantime I will try to add an extra sentence to my standard support email reply, informing the customer it may take a few days for the response from the developer. Thanks for your suggestions.

Hi, this is actually showing the blinds but it is a bug and we now stripped that out for tourney hands in beta 18
