Hey,

Please update to the latest version 1.12.04
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Then create new database and import HHs in it.
And see what happens.

And: William Hill is not Ongame, it is Ipoker

Go to tourney--> results--> dataview-->
do you have many incomplete games?

Do the number of games played, match those tracked by Sharkscope? Do you only play STTs?
Or have also played some MTTs?

Sharkscope: 4,241

HEM
Tourneys: 4,241
Completed: 4,162
Not Finished: 79

I only play Heads up Sit & goes

-1 go over the not finished games, and either delete them, or manually edit the results.
-2 go over the 4162 game results to see if you WIN such a game, if it will actually show the correct amount you won. (check if there are games which you won, which show you won $0)

the result is fine, its only the roi.
insted i picked out the last day i played. I didnt have any incomplete hands. When i went through the hands, i noticed the last 6 matches had all the info on them, but when i clicked on them, they didnt contain any hh data i could look at from HEM. Then i went to the HMarchive and looked at the hh's.xml where they did contain the hands..

Just played 12 games, where sharkscope say -5% roi, and HEM say +6.7% and there is no hh in hem, where there is missing any hands.

Also tryed to filter for a period with 6 matches(all completed), where there is no hands in hem, but it manages to show roi and ev graph still.

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

Manually calculate the ROI for those 12 games, to check if Sharkscope is actually right.
Is HM using the wrong RAKE amount for these games?

I wrote sharkscope, since i wasnt sure, they calculated it correctly or im doing it wrong. But they didnt respond on it yet.
Im not sure, but i think roi = (profit-invest)/invest.
If correct, then try look at the picture. (-6-325,5)/325,5 = –1,0184 which i guess means –1,84% roi ?

Still no answer from sharkscope(like in here)..

In your picture you played 9 games.
(2x $57 +2x $95) = $304 winnings ($57 = $28.50 + $28.50)
Buyins = $310 (=7x $30 + 2x $50) )

Total profit = -$6. ($304-$310)
304/310 *100 = 98.06
So your ROI is -1.94% (98.06-100) (this is what HoldemManager shows??)

The Average ROI Sharkscope shows of -15% doesn't take into account you played at two different stakes.
They calculate it based on the average stake of $34. You won 4 out of 9 games.
(4* $68) / losing (9 *34) = 272 / 306
272 / 306 * 100% = 88 --> ROI -12% (88-100)
They make a calculation similar to that to get to -15%.

34761 another example. Before the $30, where i tested with different $1's, the roi was correct (-profit), but after that $30, it they show different numbers.

Update: Won another $30... 12 $4.2 $6 -37% $51 and Hem shows:
Roi: 68,7%
In the money %: 33.3%
Winnings: $50,50
Avg buyin: $6,13

The Average ROI Sharkscope shows doesn't take into account you played at two different stakes. ($1 and $30)
They calculate it based on the average stake of $4. You won 3 out of 11 games.
(3* $8) / (11*4) =
24 / 44 * 100% = 54 --> ROI -46% (54-100)
Sharkscope makes a calculation similar to that to get to -48%.

The ROI in HoldemManager of 52.4% is accurate:
$57 + $1.9 + $1.9/ $30 + 10x $1 = 60.8/40 = 1.52 for a ROI of 52%
