Hello !
Sorry for my bad english, but i'm french.
Yesterday I have installed holdem manager ( pro version), following the tutorial, but when i put start auto iport, i have import error, sometimes they are just 1 import error, then they are 5,6,...
I dont understand, i created a new database and the import error are still present. I download the last version ( 1.09.14) but it's doesnt work ! the hand history are in english too.
Nothing happen on the table !! Moreover, in the case player or tournament, the stats are not import !
When i Go to " table finder" i have a message : " i cant find any unnatached hands...". I'm totally lost !

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
The last 1.09.14 BETA

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
The problem are for all the site: Full tilt and pokerstars

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
YES

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
Yes this is identical.
Location: C:\Documents and Settings\Name\Bureau\HH PokerStars\FredOL11


5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
No. they are a message iport error, when i put start auto import

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
I have already tried to created a new database and it's doesnt works

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
Doesnt work, message error" i cant find any unnatached hands...".

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
I have windows XP

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
Yes in the message

Please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings.
