formated my computed but i forgot to deactivate my license

What happened its basically what the title of this thread says, anyway i dont know how to recover my serial and use in the same computer!

and see your code in the "Licenses" section
You should be able to reset your code whenever you need to.
This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc
or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn’t allow you to continue.
