Hello,

I have a question considering licences of Holdem Manager. I use only one PC and when I installed HM I chose "PC#1". Now I had my Windows crashed and I had to reinstall it and to install HM again. This time I couldn't use "PC#1" licence as it said "No more Activations allowed. You must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again" and I had to choose "PC#2". Does it mean I have to pay for HM every third time I reinstall my Windows?

Is it possible to remove "PC#1" licence that is not used anymore somehow? I'm willing to buy a laptop for poker within a week and I need to install HM there and use my second legal licence.

Thank you for your kind attention.

When you reinstalled previously you could have had your license reset, instead of using #2. When that becomes necessary again, please email sales@holdemmanager.net with all your purchase details and he can reset your key.
