Hi,
I' new to the HM.
I have imported hands from 4 files. HM shows me that I have 63 players in my database. But when I choose and click on "players" I cannot see any nickname.
I've imported cash games.

Can someone tell me why its like that?

Thank you.

Did you adjust the filters on the right side and click on the "Run Report" button?

Here is a quick start guide: http://www.holdemmanager.net/setup/QuickStartGuide.html
and
the manual should help you for the beginning: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HoldemManagerManual.pdf

The Players tab is for running reports on every player in your DB. To see your own stats go to Cash Games > Reports (or any sub-tab) > Click the 'Change' button and select your player name.

Same thing happens to me. I just started using this and am playing around with it. The program is importing fine, and I have selected every option so that I'm not filtering out everything, and I cannot see a single player. I'm using pokerstars.

I haven't been able to find anything in any FAQ about why this might happen.

HI guys,

I have read the manual.
On page 84 there is a screenshot with players tab. There are players nicknames listed there.

My problem is that I do not see my players list. Just blank screen- no list.

I am not using any filtering.

Anyone can help me with this issue?

Thank you

To get players to display in the list, you have to set the filters on the left sidebar and click Run Report. Then HM will run a report, on every player in your DB, using those filters. If you only have 63 players in your DB, you will want to set the min hands requirement to 1 hand. It defaults to run a report, on the last month, for players with min 1k hands. With only 63 players in your DB, chances are you are probably the only one in the DB with more than 100 hands, let alone a 1,000 hand sample.

Yes, this helped me also. I misinterpreted(sp?) what that field meant. Thanks.
