View Full Version : Unable to connect to the server

Hi, I am trying to register my newly purchased version of Hold'em Manager. After Entering my name and Serial Code during the first phase of registration, I receive the error message "There was a problem connecting to the server that may be due to a proxy configuration error. Please enter your proxy information to try again. (Contact your network administrator for help with these values.)" It then asks for a Proxy Server Adress, Username and Password. However I am not using any proxy server. Is there another solution to bypass this error, as it says "this MAY BE due to" I assume it may be due to something else?
