View Full Version : Transfer database from PT3 to HM

Hello !

I have imported database fro mPT3 to HM, through file - import from PT3 DB

I have been waiting like 24 hours until eveything was complete, it shows me I have 23k players, but when I come to graphs I see nothing.

PS (I dont have tournament histories in Pokerstracker, cause I used to make PT3 backup and reinstalled Windows)

Now I need to understand why cant I see the results of the tournaments?

Also I have installed 1.12.04 HM and 3.11.5b PT3

set time filter to All hands,
set game filter to All games
and manually CLEAR your FILTER (even though it may seem no filter is selected)
then press Refresh

Did you play the tournaments on PokerStars?
Just reimport the original handhistories and summary files into a new HoldemManager database.
PT3 should have moved all those files to the 'processed hands' folder.

If you played on PokerStars, Read the tournament summary section @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup

I dont have original hand history !!!!!!!! I told this in 1st message !!!!

Because I had to reinstall Windows and made only backup file, the only thing I can do is just transer PT# bse to HM BASE

MY hand histories and results and graphs are successfully importing since I reinstalled Windows. But I cant import the tournaments before!

If Stars - it's very easy.
Email their support and ask for hand histories and summaries.
When they will give (they do this) - save as text files and import.

hi there, thanks for the help, it all worked !!!

Now one more questions, is it possible to import somehow hands from FTP to HM. I don have these hands, I have them only inside PT3

They had a beta-system for requesting hands. When they were online...

PT3 should have the option to EXPORT all the hands in the database. Then import them into HM.

In the past, when Full Tilt was still online, emailing Full Tilt's support you could request the handhistory files for every hand you've ever played.


Or did you try HM2 beta: Create an account on Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com)
Upload your HM1 serial.

And a red link should appear, to request a HM2 serial.

Then use the "import PT3 database" feature in HM2.
