I just bought the full version of HM. I wasn't ever able to get the trail version working so this is a big leap of faith in your ability so solve my problem :)
I can import files, my folders are set up properly as directed in the installation guide. I've set up my hero name and all of that other stuff. For what it's worth, I couldn't get it to work on Pokerstars either. And yes I changed my hand history folder back to FT. I am also running the most recent version of postgresql. The table manager sees what table I am at but shows it as having zero players at it.

As I was typing this post, I am intermittently getting "Auto update did not find any new files". (update) Now I am getting that message consistently.
Also keep in mind that I am not playing with real money while I set this up. I could play on one of the penny tables if that will make a difference but I went to the play money tables since I can't really focus on my play while I set this up.
