I have just returned from holiday and this morning upgraded to 1.09 beta 13
I ran a couple of imports of HH files with no problem.
Later, I started a much larger import of 1887 txt files.
After 680 or so had imported, I got a message that I should report to you an error stating my SQL version (which is in fact 8.3). I do not have the error number, having decided to clear the message and reboot the machine (which was done "normally" after closing HEM) However, I seem to remember it was rolling back transactions and the code "I think" had something like 20 at the end. DR920 or similar.
After re-booting the machine I got a Xenocode V A R error 0xD000011E and HEM will not start
I then tried a complete shut down rather than a re-boot and got the same error.
What shall I do?

PS I am running XP SP3
PPS I also emailed support with this problem I am not sure which is the best means of contact to you.
