Wont start up...

I've installed manager and the other thingy, following the guides.


Now when i try laucnhing HM, nothing happens...

What can be the problem here?

Switch off UAC and start holdemmanager.exe as Administrator

I had UAC off from the beginning. I tried starting as admin, but nothing is happening either.

It's really weird.. I start it up and it's not even appearing in the task manager

I managed to fire it up by shutting down my spyware monitor.

new problem is I cant active handhistory with pacific poker grrrr! :P

You need the latest software from Pacific Poker and configure it to write hand histories

does it require 3rd party programs?

Oh sorry, the FAQ is a little bit older :)
The latest Pacific software versions can write handhistories on their own. I tried and configured it some weeks ago and it worked without problem.
So make sure your Pacific client is uptodate and you use the latest HM Beta http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and it should work.

DL'ed straight from the 888 website, and still cant click on any settings tab.

Start it as administrator (you should already know this Vista procedure)
