Hi

I was told to download the new beta. But now my HUD doesn't work on Ladbrokes - not tried it for other sites yet - and everytime I click on the HEM icon on my desktop it keeps asking me to input my registration code.

Also could you point me in the right direction to find out what all this new stuff does, ie the table scanner and live tracking?.

Also nearly forgot to add this, I looked in the cash game tab and it is importing my hands.

Another edit, I have tried the new version on FT and everything seems fine over there.

Another edit, I have tried the new version on FT and everything seems fine over there.

The copyright protection software was changed a few months back, so you will need to renter your license. If it is not accepted, please email sales@holdemmanager.net to have your license reset.

Table Scanner is a Table Selection tool:

Live Tracking is a beta feature that helps you to reconstruct the action that has taken place at the table, while you may have been playing a different table, so you can have some visual indicators as to who raised/folded/reraised, etc.

Regarding the No HUD for Ladbrokes, could you please take the time to answer these questions, so we can determine if it is something simple, or if a remote support session is necessary - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

It would also be helpful if you while playing a single table at ladbrokes, if you could take a screen shot of the Table Manager and C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HUD Data folder's contents.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.09 Beta 13

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Ladbrokes. I have tried FT and it works fine over there.


2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yeah every was working yesterday til I upgraded.

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

C:\Microgaming\Poker\ladbrokesMPP

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

Yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

Yes, it brings up the tables.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

Yes this is disabled

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Yes

I tried to make this an attachment but it kept coming out really tiny.

I'm having the same problem as harmonica. I have just downloaded the newest beta version, because I was missing the checkboxes in the lower left corner of the autorate window.
I also play at Ladbrokes, and my HUD which was working fine, has stopped working. I would also answer all the questions as harmonica did. Except I didn't attach the config.file.

It doesen't work. I have just downloaded the latest Beta ver. 14 and the HUD still won't come up. The table manager finds the table and counts the hands, but no HUD :(
