Try the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

I have the same problem. I've just started to play on 24hPoker (Entraction) today, and have done all the setups the right way, and the hands is importing to HM the way it schould. But no stats on the tables. I've tryed the TableFinder with no luck. TableFinder can see the tables, and I also drag the finder over the table, but still it won't work. What to do???

Not only drag, bot drop on the table.
Make sure lobby is in English.

Please try the table finder again:
1. open table finder window
2. click on the table name in the table finder window to select it.
3. move the red symbol to the table and drop it there. (the symbol may move back).
4. close table finder window with "OK"

I've tryed that from the beginning, but it won't work. I can see and select the table I have opened, but when I drag and drop yhe symbol and click OK, nothing happens.

By the way, an old tournament table I played yesterday is still figuring in TableFinder. That must be an error too.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

Can you post a screenshot of the Entraction table + TableManager when you're running TableFinder.

Also try deleting HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt. Then restart HoldemManager and try the TableFinder again.

I've already updated to the latest beta before my problems began

Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

I can't find those files in explorer that you are talking about When I start HM I always starting it with rightclick and click on "Run as administrator" I have not have problems by using that way until now.

Done

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

My win 7 is fully updated from the beginning of my problems. I don't know what video card drivers is, but my computer is always up to date.

Yes if you please would tell me how I do it :)

Also try deleting HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt. Then restart HoldemManager and try the TableFinder again.

I have no folder with that name under the Config folder

- when moved from tournament tables on entraction the HUD does not appear again, even though the table is in TableManager
- sometimes after a big allin and a player busting, the HUD will no longer update

Just seems to be related to the ante's and the change of HH

Patvs

This issue is caused by Entraction themselves.
When ante's kick in, at some point Entraction STOPS writing important information to the handhistory file.

This is an issue Entraction should solve, as HoldemManager can't process data (for the HUD to update) if that data is simply missing from the handhistories.
