View Full Version : Installed beta and now all I get is an errror message

I noticed today that HUD wasn't working with Pokerstars most likely due to their recent software update. I decided to try and install the most recent beta to see if that would get the HUD working. When I tried to restart Holdem Manager i simply get the message "Holdem Manager has stopped working". I followed the instructions in the FAQ about user access control but this didn't fix anything. What is my next step? Thanks in advance.

Did you reboot after turning off UAC? Did you try to set exceptions or uninstall your firewall. I am not sure what else to suggest, other than a remote support session with our support manager.
