I have purchased the small stakes version of holdem manager with my Mastercard and I received the following message:

Thanks for your recent purchase at holdemmanager.com. Unfortunately, your payment has been flagged by one of our security filters, please do not attempt to resubmit your purchase. A representative is currently examining your transaction and requires the following to proceed with your purchase:

Please contact sales@holdemmanager.net with the physical billing address associated with the credit card used to make this purchase.

Afterwards I send an e-mail with my physical billing address to sales@holdemmanager.net.

Question: How long does it take before I receive my license key?
I am eager to use the holdem manager software on my cash games.
I already send 3 or 4 E-mails to sales@holdemmanager.net

Please be patient, and let Sales to resolve your problem.
Sending 4 emails is not a good idea, btw.

UPD: Seems they sent you code.
