can't register with my new laptop ....

hey guys, i've bought a new laptop and i can't register with my HM serial code
My former laptop was registered as "2nd PC" in HM (i have sold it,can't use it anymore)

does this mean i can only use HM on one of my PC ?
can you help me about that ?
maybe you can give me another serial so that i can use HM with my brand-new laptop

It could be that there is an email issue of some kind
