Please be aware that HUD at Microgaming does not work. Hands are importing fine as per main import window. Table manager shows table but zero hands. I tried table finder but the table that appears there is a previous cash table I played at. Please advise.Thank you. I use version 1.12.04

What skin do you play? Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

Gnuf. XP. Windows Firewall. Microsoft Essentials. HH and PC are in English. Windows is fully updated. Regional settings are English USA.

OK figured out cash has no issue. It is tournament tables. Used table finder and it works by placing the hud on the table but the hud does not update and simply shows state at time of appearance. Please advise. Thank you.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager and prefs. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman (http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/)

- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.

Which config files are you after? I have lots of them in the config sub folder. In the main HEM I have a config file also, but I cannot see it when using the forum attachment tool so cannot attach it here. Cannot see preferences file in the main HEM folder( I have set to show hidden files).

I am using 1.12.04. I play MTTs, Cash and SNGs at the following sites. PP, PP, PAC, iPoker, Entraction, Merge, Ongame, Bodog, Everest. No problems at any of these other sites. Hands are being imported correctly. In tourney filter I can see the individual tourneys but the results are not being updated. HHs are in English. Yes I have clicked the auto start button. There is no specific hh folder for Microgaming sites. I have several skins and all are the same. HEM auto detected c:\\Microgaming\Poker\gnuffMPP\ In the poker client I have selected store hhs for 30 days and here I can view my hh's but can't find out where they are being stored. I have navigated to the gnuf folder in the hard drive but no sign of it.

Await reply. Thank you

please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager and prefs if you've extensions turned off.

I only need the 2 files I asked for: holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml

Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman (http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/)

You need to go to the \Config folder as I explained, not the \Holdem Manager folder.

Microgaming sites write hands to a single gamehistory.dat file instead of text files. This file will grow larger and larger, and it is impossible for HM1 to archive this file. We suggest you manually archive it at least once every 30 days or you will not be able to use it in the future to retrieve all your original hands if needed to import to a new database.

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the gamehistory.dat file your \hmarchive folder and import it via Import From File(s).

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

I have attached the prefs but the config I cannot as the upload tool does not show it for uploading even though it is there when I navigate normally. Please advise. Thank you.

Did you try moving the gamehistory.dat files yet?

I have attached the prefs but the config I cannot as the upload tool does not show it for uploading even though it is there when I navigate normally. Please advise. Thank you.

The config is more important than the xml file. You should be able to upload .config files the same way.

Valid file extensions: bmp conf config doc docx exe filter gif jpe jpeg jpg log odt pdf png pop psd rar report skn txt xml zip

Here is mine I just uploaded. 28131

Try the Enhanced Attachment Uploading option, at the bottom of your general settings - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/profile.php?do=editoptions

I (http://forums.holdemmanager.com/profile.php?do=editoptions)f you still can't upload the file for some reason, Please zip and email the file, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Where can I uncheck subfolders? There is no such option in 'add auto import folders' section. Is it somewhere else? I only started playing at Microgaming 2 days ago and played only 3 games so file can't be too large.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Select the Auto Import path > Edit > Import from sub-folders? [ ]

I must be stupid. Sorry. Where is this? I click on add auto import folders but when I get in there is no facility to edit anything.

Options--> Configure Auto Import Folders

Select the Microgaming import folder and click on Edit.
Now make sure "import from sub folders" is turned off

Is the Poker Client language, and Hand History language option, all in English? This is the most common cause of not having a HUD on Tourney tables while it works fine on Cash tables.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
