I don't understand your screenshot but i can give you some general hints for Vista:
- UAC must be turned off http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
- Your Microsoft .net framework should be up to date http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=14
- holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe must run as administrator

i completed all of your steps, still same problem. it says something about missed key in the system libraries (look at my attached .txt file)

Delete the config folder and reinstall holdemmanager.
