Import errors (hands incomplete) partypoker v 1.12.04

Hello, often when I play the connection with partypoker goes down. In these case I have to ask the hands with the software and they send it to me by email. If I copy the mail in text file and i try to import it holdem manager return me and error during the import ( incomplete hands). How can I solve this problem.
