hello,

i´ve changed from pt to hm and now i wanted to import the hands...

i select the folder and the import begins but after a few files the bar doesnt move anymore and nothing changes it seems like its frozen.....but if i click on cash game or tourney everythink works.. so the problem appears only in the import tab

then if i click "stop import" nothing happens again it only changes to "stopping..." but still everything is like frozen....

where is the problem?

thank you in advance and sorry for my bad english

How many hands are you importing? Which version are you running? Please make sure you use the latest: http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdate1.06.01v.exe

Have you got Vista? If so sounds like UAC is enabled. Heres instructions how to disable it http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=73

Once you disable it restart Holdem Manager and then try and import again.

Ok can you confirm its not a database problem by creating a new database and trying an import:

http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=146

If its still doing this then email me at morny@holdemmanager.net and we can setup a teamviewer session to have a look

I imported all my hands from PT2 (700k+) and at etleast ongame hands seem to have transferred fine but HM is only showing fraction of my iPoker hands.

I just took another look to my hands imported from PT2 and it looks like 95% of my ipoker hands are missing. A lot of the hands from other sites seem to be missing too. So what to do? I have already directly imported quite a few hands i have recently played so that complicates things as well.

Make sure you have this version http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdate1.06.01v.exe

Then move the Ipoker HH to a completely new folder (otherwise HM will ignore them) and try the import again.

It seems that also hands from other sites were not properly imported. If I import the hands again, will there be duplicates or some errors like that?

HM wont import the same hand twice, it will just register them as duplicates and ignore them
