1)1.08.04
2)RedKings (playing only there)
2.a) yes I have clicked ;)
3)settings are OK
4)Handhistory file location is ok and it's in English
5)no, the hands are not being imported
5.a) no, creation of new db didn't help
6)haven't tried, but Table manager doesn't show any tables
7)yes, they are in english

Please try the latest beta.http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
Make sure you have configured the correct autoimport folder and that you have administrator rights.

I downloaded the newst beta and it helped: auto-import works! BUT! Table manager doesn't see any tables and stats are not shown on it... Help me please.

Can you see if the Table Finder works to make it start detecting new tables properly.

If it does not, and you are still having problems, Please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings.

I think I have the same problem.

It all worked fine yesterday.

Now it imports the hands. I can find them in the db.
The table manager finds the tables, but have them as 0/10 players, and no stats
Launching the active player tab yields zero players.

I tried downloading 1.09 beta 11, but no luck.

I get no HUD on the tables

i have same problem.. i have newiest update and HEM imports my hand but the hud doesn't work. Table finder recognice my tables but the table manager does not? i have the trial time going on now
