Hud not working, can't import hands. (HEM Omaha)

Running version 1.09 beta on windows vista. When I hit auto-import nothing worked and when I tried to import files manually (from folder, separate files) doesn't work. Help me out please? :confused:

What site? Are there hand histories being wrote to the folder that HM is trying to import from?

UAC is off, downloaded latest version but while trying to set exceptions in my firewall, I can't find DBControlPanel.exe in program files.

I'm pretty sure it's a problem with connecting to postgresSQL but I think I also might have installed HEM incorrectly. When I right click it there is no open file location or run as admin options. Hope this helps.
