holdem manager trial error

hi, i downloaded holdem manger trial version

Holdem Manager Suite 1.08.04, Full Install - Including 15 day trial
and patched to this version Holdem Manager Beta 1.09 Beta 7 Patch. and every time i start holdem manager i get this error:

Holdem Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

i tried, to reboot but same thing happens all the time :( i never use this program so trial didn't expired. plz help me i want to buy this program but it doesn't work on my computer. I have windows xp service pack 3...

Try uninstalling or setting exceptions in your firewall - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

1.09 Beta 11 is linked in my Sig.

Let me know if either of those help or not.

i found solution:

download this tool:
http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/attachment/8904493.ashx and run it


and fresh instal micrsoft framework 2.0 and 3.5 from micrsoft site

works fine now!
