Hi,

I downloaded and installed Holdem Manager last night, but am having problems importing any files.

Im playing on pokerstars and have my hand history folder set up but when I go to import, they dont show up on my holdem manager!

Also the manual says that when I click 'start auto import' the table manager should come up, but that doesn't happen.

hope someone can help.

Common causes of problems:

- Don't have the latest beta version of HM
- Haven't Turned Off UAC
- Haven't set exceptions or uninstalled the firewall

You can try to relaunch the Table Manager - HUD Options > Relaunch HUD
