Cant activate on Windows 7

Somehow the software deactivated itself and now it doesnt re-activate. I have done nothing to my computer and I have emailed support with no answer. Also I tried everything in this thread:

I also tried different version of the program.

same problem and i just made format C: (usally fix any kind of problem) but nothing ...still same :S

Please make sure that your windows is uptodate, all service packs and windows updates installed.
Uninstall your current NetFramework version with this tool: http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
and download the NET installer and run it
