Programmable scipts? for HUD stats

Hi, is it possible to create scripts to HUD that

use ex. IF/AND/OR/THEN variables


ex. IF VPIP>X AND WTSD>Y THEN show "green colour box" or "this text"

You can use Autorate - it does exactly what you want, but no text - it shows icons
