noiq. no hands are imported

hi

i made no mistake in configuration for entraction. i also created a new database
textfiles are created, but there is no import

files imported 2, lots of import errors...

why doesn't that work. i am sitting over an 1 hour

What operating system? What version of HM? Latest version is 1.09 Beta 10a - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If there are still import errors using the newest version, please emaill the hand histories to support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, so he can take a look at them.
