Create Account for Licensing reasons?

Just updated to 1.12.04. Was previously using 1.08 I think. When HEM starts I get a message asking me to log in or create an account for licensing reasons. When I fill in my address and password I get a popup informing me to contact HEM support in order for you guys to do it manually, but when I try and create an account via the website I receive a 'email account in use' message.

Do I need an account? HEM works fine even with the error message.

If I do how can I retrieve the password for it?

Please go to holdemmanager.com and try to log on to your account. Use the email address that you used when you get the error message that "the email account is in use". If you do not remember your password, you should be able to click "forgot password" to have it sent back to your email.
