This has potential to be quite long so I'l be as brief as I can.
Having glitches with my laptop, so gonna reformat using OS disk to get everything back to normal.
I knew I had to move my HEM files etc before doing this, so I copied and pasted as many files that were movable from my C drive to my E Drive (including HEM stuff).
Haven't yet reformatted, but I could not re-open HEM (probs because 2 copies of HEM were on my system).
Performed system restore, can now start up HEM, but 'Start Auto Import' results in "couldn't find cards0.png" and "couldn't find images\smallicons.png", clicking 'Reports' results in "No reports have been configured" and selecting my normal Alias and clicking 'refresh' results in a constant loading cursor symbol.
Obv, I've messed up in moving my HEM to a backup location.
So:
A) If it's worth it, what should I do to fix the issue back to the way that it was before I started messing with it and moving files (basically how do I get 'back to normal')
B) What is the best way I can reformat my computer (using an OS disk) whilst not whiping my HEM software and subsequent database.
Thank you in advance. Much appreciate any advice you guys can give me.
Kind regards,
DR
