View Full Version : HM upgraded, but it no longer works :(

Hi,
I upgraded my Small stakes HM to a Pro version, but it has stopped working.
I searched in the forum but the solutions found has not solved my problem.
After that:
- I deleted C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic
- I had no holdemmanager.exe.ldat to be deleted (Hidden Files and Disable option disabled)
- I created LicDebug.txt in the config folder
- I sent a mail to the support (no success)
- I prayed so much

In the attachment you can see the pictures I got and the reg.log

P.s. I just modified the reg.log to delete my serial before posting;)

If you continue to have registration problems, please email us your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. You should send it to support@holdemmanager.com

Hi,
reg.log was already included in my first post.
By the way, support solved my problem.
I uninstalled dotnet and reinstalled it
